Autumn is approaching with shorter, colder days and it’s time for the October What’s On. This month:
- Our outdoor activities – the Walking Group and the Allotment – have been paused until spring.
- We have a new group, The Parents’ Brunch Club, starting on Friday 9th October. This is a social group for parents of SEND children and will be held at The Capello Lounge, 57 – 58 Ironmarket, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1PE from 11am to 1pm. Members of our team will be there to give advice and support and of course you can treat yourself to brunch from the cafe.
- Also new is The Rise and Shine Breakfast Club at the New Vic Theatre Cafe, Etruria Rd, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 0JG on Monday 12th October from 10am to 12pm. This is also a social group attended by our advisors that is open to all carers. And as the name suggests, breakfast is available from the cafe!
- We hope the new evening social group will be starting in October, but the details have not yet been finalised. We’ll be sending that out as a separate bulletin.
Please note that there is no Tai Chi on Monday 19th October due to staff holidays.
